• Represented and advised a medical company with legal advice on the establishment of a National Healthcare Center in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, which project had a capital exceeding 1 billion Saudi Riyals, and drafted relevant agreements with the foreign partner ranging from purchase, finance, lease and operating agreements in respect of the Project.  
• Provided a national bank with legal advice on the establishment of several real estate projects.
• Provided legal consultations on the acquisition of a Saudi company with capital exceeding 2 billion Saudi Riyals by a global investment fund. 
• Undertook due diligence for the acquisition of a domestic industrial project worth 500 million Saudi Riyals by one of the Gulf companies.
• Provided legal services for the acquisition of a real estate project, which had a valued in excess of 750 million Saudi Riyals by a real estate fund.
